FITNESS REQUIREMENTS

If playing and/or practicing 5 or more times per week, complete the following:

Perform 1 cardiovascular workout per week

Perform 1-2 strength training workouts per week

 

If playing and/or practicing 3-4 or more times per week, complete the following:

Perform 1-2 cardiovascular workout per week

Perform 2 strength training workouts per week

 

If playing and/or practicing 2 or more times per week, complete the following:

Perform 2-3 cardiovascular workout per week

Perform 2-3 strength training workouts per week
